Road Rage Case on I-35 Leads to Charges Against Spring Hill Man
Road rage in a nation of guns puts an infant in danger.
Police said the incident happened during the Tuesday evening rush hour as cars were trying to merge onto southbound I-35 from 87th Street.
“(The driver) felt as though they got cut off or weren’t allowed to enter because of the other motorist’s actions, and so some gesturing began between the two motorists, resulting in the driver of one car pointing a loaded pistol at the other,” said Officer Dan Friesen, of the Lenexa Police Department.
An infant, less than one month old, was in the car with the victims.
The victims called 911 while continuing to follow the other car. Mark Ross, 62, of Spring Hill, was stopped and arrested in Gardner, Kansas.
